5g Kinebar gold bars have a unique security hologram on the back that is applied using a complex advanced machining process. The bars have a fine weight of 5g and the purity of 999.9/1000.

Security Hologram
The security hologram, developed by the Swiss company OVD Kinegram AG is intended to make counterfeiting more difficult. The hologram is applied after the embossing of the gold bar, by a secret procedure. You can see a three-dimensional hologram that shows reflections in the color spectrum of the rainbow and also changes the motif.
Manufacturer
The 5g Kinebar gold bars are manufactured by Argor-Heraeus in Switzerland. Heraeus Precious Metals in Germany purchased Argor-Heraeus in July 2017. With the acquisition of Argor-Heraeus, Heraeus Precious Metals is the world’s largest precious metals service providers. Kinebars from Argor-Heraeus are produced using some of the most advanced manufacturing techniques in the precious metals industry and are of the highest quality.
Tax
Heraeus 5g Kinebar gold ingots are exempt from tax because they have a purity of 999.9/ 1000. The sale is also tax-free if the holding period is at least 12 months. In Germany the taxation of investment gold is regulated in the sales tax law §25c.
