Product Highlights
-
The name Krugerrand is a combination of Kruger, the former President of South Africa and Rand, which is the name of the South African currency.
-
Although the Krugerrand has been minted in large numbers over the past 50 years, some yearly issues, like the 1987 edition, were produced in smaller quantities. These limited minage editions are becoming more popular with both collectors and investors.
