The gold Dukat was minted form the 16th Century until the very day. The Austrian Mint produces the Dukat in two different sizes 1 Dukat and 4 Dukaten.
The 1 Dukat shows Emperor Franz Josef I and inverse shows the Austrian emblem: the double eagle. The 4 Dukaten coin shows Emperor Franz Josef I but in more detail.
All Dukaten are minted with 986/1000 purity.
