The 2011 Lunar Rabbit ¼ oz gold coin is the fourth release in the Lunar II series from the Perth Mint. Each year represents one of the 12 animals in the ancient Chinese Lunar Calendar.
According to the Chinese zodiac, “Rabbit” personalities are said to be wise and well respected. The birth years of the Lunar Rabbit are 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999 and 2011.
