The Lunar III Ox 1oz Silver Coin 2021 was produced by the Perth Mint to celebrate the Year of the Ox in the Chinese Lunar Calendar. The reverse of the coin was designed by Ing Ing Jong, and shows an ox and calf standing under a cherry tree in full bloom. Also displayed is the Chinese character for ox with the word in English and the year of issue underneath plus the mintmark 'P'.
On the obverse is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by artist Jody Clark. It is encircled by the inscription 'ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA' and also displays the weight, purity, and face value of the coin, which is one dollar.
