The 10 Rouble Nicholas II Gold coin was minted from 1898 to 1911. The largest minting year was the 1899 edition. All of the coins were produced at the St. Petersburg Mint and have a fine weight of 0.2489 ounces.
Nicholas II was the last Emperor of Russia and ruled from 1894-1917.
The front side of the coin depicts the portrait of Emperor and Tsar Nicholas II.
The Reverse side shows the coat of arms of Russia. The nominal value of “10 Roubles” and the date of issue are engraved on the bottom outer edge.
During the reign of Nicholas II, Russian Rouble gold coins were minted in denominations of 15 Rouble, 10 Rouble, 7.5 Rouble and 5 Rouble.
