Sculptor David Lawrence designed the obverse of the coin depicting the mythical creature with the body of an animal that resembles a goat or antelope with the tusks of a boar and the tail of a lion. The beast is adorned with a crown to indicate its royal ownership and wrapped in chains to signify that it has been tamed.
The coin has a security feature of a chainmail surface texture animation that is shown in the background on the reverse. This modern and advanced method gives peace of mind when purchasing.
