The 2011 design shows a Rabbit, cabbage and pot. The Chinese character for rabbit is engraved above the motif. On the bottom outer edge is the inscription “YEAR OF THE RABBIT”. The Perth Mints traditional “P” mint mark is on the left, near the edge.

The reverse side depicts the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The inscriptions include “ELIZABETH II”, “AUSTRALIA”, “15 DOLLARS”, “2011”, and “1/10 oz 9999 GOLD”.
