Design/Appearance
This coin features a standing Kangaroo looking to the right. Behind it on the left hand side is a windmill in the distance. Inscribed around the edge of the coin is ‘The Australian Kangaroo’ along with the year, and denomination, and purity.
The obverse features a right facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Ian Rank-Broadley.
