Noahs Ark 1/4oz Silver Coin 2023 margin scheme
The Noah's Ark ¼ oz Silver Coin 2023, issued by the Central Bank of Armenia, is inspired by the biblical tale of Noah's Ark from the Book of Genesis.
On the reverse, the coin displays the renowned ark sailing atop turbulent floodwaters against the backdrop of Mount Ararat. Sunlight filters through, partly obscured by the mountain, casting its beams across the sky. In the forefront is a dove with an olive branch in its beak. The inscription 'NOAH'S ARK' appears in both English and Armenian.
The obverse showcases the Armenian coat of arms in addition to indicating the denomination, weight and purity. The coin has a face value of 100 dram and is legal tender in Armenia.
The Noah’s Ark ¼ oz Silver Coin 2023 contains a quarter of a troy ounce of 999.9/1000 silver with a metric equivalent weight of 7.78 grams. It measures 20.00 mm in diameter. It is also available in weights of 1oz and ½ oz in silver and 1oz in gold.
