The 2019 China Panda 15 gram gold coin is the latest issue from the People’s Republic of China. The series began in 1982 and is one of the few official gold bullion coins that feature new annual designs. Each year, the China Mint depicts a different representation of the Panda Bear, which is one of the national animals of China.

The reverse side shows the Temple of Heaven, which is one of the most famous and revered landmarks in Beijing. The country of origin is written in Chinese characters as “PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA” and can be seen on the top outer edge. The date of issue “2019” is engraved on the bottom.
