Design/Appearance
Obverse:
The Abundant Harvest Hall in the Temple of Heaven with Chinese characters meaning People's Republic of China. The year of issue „1991 is shown at the bottom.
Reverse:
With feet in the water a Panda is shown eating bamboo. To the left of the Panda motif the nominal value of 25 and symbol for Yuan can be read. Around the edge of the motif above the panda Chinese characters display size, 1/4, and metric purity, ”.999“ and „1/4 oz Au.“
