The China Panda Gold Coin Series was first launched in 1982. Every year the value page shows a new design of the eponymous pandas in its natural environment.
Appearance
The motif page shows the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, which is has appeared on the coin since the first edition in 1982. The inscriptions on the outer edge are the the country of origin "People's Republic of China", and the year of issue “2010”.
The value page depicts two pandas playing in a bamboo grove. The nominal value is shown above the motif. The size, metal and purity is engraved on the bottom as “1/10 oz Au .999”
