Obverse:
The obverse depicts the Temple of Heaven with Chinese characters inside the edge bar meaning “People's Republic of China” at top and the year of issue „1992“ is shown at the base.
Reverse:
A single panda is climbing on all paws on a branch. Above the panda head the nominal value of 25 Yuan can be read. Between the branches above this is shown metric purity „.999“ and „Au ¼ oz“.
