The inscription above reads 'AUSTRALIAN EMU' and details of the coin's weight and purity are displayed within the imagery. The mintmark 'P' signifies The Perth Mint. Additionally, the coin features a security element consisting of a micro-laser engraved letter, detectable only under magnification.
The coin displays the official Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse, showcasing the Jody Clark effigy alongside the span of Her Majesty’s reign, denoted as ‘1952 – 2022’. Additionally, the coin's monetary value is indicated, which is one Australian dollar.
